Generally, after orders are placed we are unable to edit them. If you noticed an error in your order please contact us as quickly as possible by emailing support@totesavvy.com. We'll do our best to accommodate any order changes but please keep in mind all changes may not be possible.

Most orders process within 1-2 business days. Please note if your order is placed after 12pm PST on a Friday, most likely will process the following Monday.

Shipping times vary between 3-10 business days for orders placed within the US, and 10-20 business days for orders placed internationally. Economy ground shipping may take up to 10 business days to arrive. We suggest choosing expedited shipping if you need your item sooner.

Any order shipped to a country outside of the US is eligible for additional duties or tariffs. We cannot estimate these charges and cannot cover them for you. As the customer you are responsible for paying all taxes, duties, tariffs, and fees that may occur.

US orders will not incur tariffs.

We strive to design and create high-quality products that our customers will love. Our 12-month limited warranty covers product defects for items purchased through ToteSavvy's website or an authorized retailer.

Please note that our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, curving of the structured inner material, discoloration from everyday use, lost changing mats, accidents, spills, or attempted repairs and alternations.

All items purchased through an unauthorized retailer or a secondhand-seller are not covered under our warranty.

We have a 30-day return policy for all ToteSavvy products. Returns are only accepted for unused merchandise that can be returned inside its original packaging. All returns will incur a $7-$9 return shipping fee.

International orders are also eligible for returns within 30-days of purchase but will have to cover the cost of return shipping.

Please allow 3-5 business days after merchandise has arrived at our warehouse for your refund to be processed and completed.

We do not accept exchanges for items. Please start a return if you'd like to exchange for a new item. You can select "store credit" during your return to shop faster.

This will depend on two values: how you organize ToteSavvy, and the structure of your handbag. If you contain the items you pack in ToteSavvy to the inner pockets, you'll have a sleeker look all around. This method also works very well with handbags that have a narrow depth.

For the other value, any handbag that is made of a thick leather material will hide bulges better than a thin nylon or delicate leather material.

A good rule of thumb is not to overpack unless you absolutely need to. If you do require to fully stuff ToteSavvy, opt for a larger handbag with a very wide depth.

ToteSavvy is not machine washable but it can be easily wiped clean with a damp cloth or disinfectant wipe. Do not put ToteSavvy in your washing machine or submerge under water for any reason.

The removable changing mat is machine washable. Lay flat to dry.

Please note: Our soft grey color does discolor easier than our darker colors. Even with normal use, it may not look pristine over time.

We love spot cleaning with a Magic Eraser. Be careful not to get the eraser too wet before use. You don't want the water to soak through the nylon material.

It is! In fact, it's actually meant to happen. Our inner wall material is lightweight and moldable to ensure a great fit for your handbag. The slight bend you'll see over time helps to protect your bags from tears due to ToteSavvy's corners.
