We have a 30-day return policy for all ToteSavvy products. Returns are only accepted for unused merchandise that can be returned inside its original packaging. All returns will incur a $7 return shipping fee.

International orders are also eligible for returns within 30-days of purchase. International returns must purchase their own return label. Please email support@totesavvy.com for further instructions.

Please allow 3-5 business days after merchandise has arrived at our warehouse for your refund to be processed and completed.

Generally, after orders are placed we are unable to edit them. If you noticed an error in your order please contact us as quickly as possible by emailingsupport@totesavvy.com. We'll do our best to accommodate any order changes but please keep in mind all changes may not be possible.

Most orders process within 1-2 business days. Please note if your order is placed after 12pm PST on a Friday, most likely will process the following Monday.

Some items will ship from a brand partner. Processing time for brand partners is also 1-2 business days.

Shipping times vary between 3-7 business days for orders placed within the US with economy shipping selected. Expedited shipping can be purchased during checkout.

International orders arrive within 10-20 business days.

Any order shipped to a country outside of the US is eligible for additional duties or tariffs. We cannot estimate these charges and cannot cover them for you. As the customer you are responsible for paying all taxes, duties, tariffs, and fees that may occur.

ToteSavvy is not machine washable but it can be easily wiped clean with a damp cloth or disinfectant wipe. Do not put ToteSavvy in your washing machine or submerge under water for any reason.

The removable changing mat is machine washable. Lay flat to dry.

Please note: Our soft grey color does discolor easier than our darker colors. Even with normal use, it may not look pristine over time.

We love spot cleaning with a Magic Eraser. Be careful not to get the eraser too wet before use. You don't want the water to soak through the nylon material.

Don't panic. Try to soak up the mess as soon as possible. Use a disinfectant wipe to clean the area and inside of the pocket. To prevent or treat any odor, generously dust baking soda in the pocket and over any area the milk touched. Let sit overnight before shaking baking soda out.

Please note any milk, juice, or other food spill needs to be treated immediately or you may risk permanently damaging your ToteSavvy.

It is! In fact, it's actually meant to happen. Our inner wall material is lightweight and moldable to ensure a great fit for your handbag. The slight bend you'll see over time helps to protect your bags from a harsh corner on the insert.

ToteSavvy Original and Deluxe are 14" wide and just over 10" tall. The depth depends on what you pack. Without anything inside the depth is 2".

ToteSavvy Mini is 9.5" wide and 8.5" tall with an unpacked depth of about 2".

Take a look through our product info page to learn more about how each size will fit inside your handbag. If you're buying a new handbag online, be sure to check the return policy. Not all measurements found online are accurate.

This will depend on two values: how you organize ToteSavvy, and the structure of your handbag. If you contain the items you pack in ToteSavvy to the inner pockets, you'll have a sleeker look all around. This method also works very well with handbags that have a narrow depth.

A good rule of thumb is not to overpack unless you absolutely need to. If you do require to fully stuff ToteSavvy, opt for a larger handbag that's at least 4-5 inches longer than the insert.
