Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed by our warehouse. Orders placed after 12:00pm PST will begin processing the next business day. Ship times vary between 15-20 business days. Rush shipping is available upon request for an additional charge.
International orders ship via USPS International Mail. Once a package has left the U.S. the tracking data may not update until it clears customs or is delivered to its destination. In some cases the tracking data may never update. Please be aware that ship times are subject to change due many factors uncontrollable by Life in Play.
International orders may be subject to additional duties or taxes upon delivery. The customer is responsible for paying all duties and taxes when applicable.
Many packages are held by the local post office until customs duties are paid. If your package has not been delivered within 15 business days please contact your local post office. Customer agrees to take responsibility for claiming package.
Returns / Exchanges
If you're not completely satisfied with your organizer, rest assured we will gladly accept a return. Returns are only accepted for unused merchandise. Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund minus the cost of shipping. Return shipping ranges from $20 - $40 USD.
To start your return, simply email email@example.com. You'll be contacted by a customer service representative and given further instructions. Please do not ship back a return without contacting Life in Play first, or your return will not be processed.
Refunds requested due to delayed packages will only be processed after a package has been delayed more than 25 business days.
International orders are not eligible for exchange at this time.
