Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase. Once your order has been handed off to our shipping carrier, transit times are estimated at 5 to 10 business days depending on your location.

Please note that once a package has been transferred to the carrier, we are no longer responsible for delays, losses, or issues that occur during transit. Shipping timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by ToteSavvy. Additional shipping coverage may be purchased during checkout. 

If you experience a delay, we encourage you to contact the carrier directly using your tracking number for the most up to date information. For lost or damaged packages, please reach out to the carrier to file a claim.

ToteSavvy is not liable for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or any other circumstances outside of our control.
